- Toning-Resistance and strength training to tone your muscles without making them too bulky. You may use a combination of machine weight and hand weight routines, or use your body such as when performing push-ups. Your skin will appear smoother as you tone your muscles.
Dieting Advice
Again, this is the ideal diet for the average healthy individual but maybe only a few pounds to maybe 20 to 25 pounds overweight. If this describes you, it helps if you become familiar of what makes up a balanced diet. Usually for most healthy people who have no allergies it would be similar to this:
- 3 to 4 servings of milk/dairy,
- 3 to 4 servings of meats/proteins
- 4 to 5 servings of vegetables
- 4 servings of bread/grains
- Small traces of fat, sugar, and salt
