HGH Decline, Lifestyle, and Effects on Aging
You would be surprise what affect your lifestyle has on the speed at which you age. It also has an affect on the natural HGH production of your body and it also can cause HGH decline. Thus, the aging process is accelerated.
With that in mind here are some rather poor lifestyle choices. Learning about how these substances can cause you to age quicker will help you understand that it is not a good idea.
Alcohol-In fact, a number of studies indicate that this potentially addictive substance can cause aging. The reason why is because the excess use of this type of beverage leads to long-term memory impairment and nerve damage. It can even cause dementia. All of this is compounded with the fact that you experience HGH decline as you age in the first place.
Smoking-This lifestyle choice can affect you in some ways even worse than could alcohol or eating too much. Take a look around you at all the people you see who have wrinkled faces. They also have very hoarse voices.
It is no coincidences that people such as this that you observe also have a cigarette in their hands. It is a proven fact that this highly addictive substance strongly correlates to exaggerated or premature aging.
Overeating-One thing it does is causes a person to feel fatigued. Eating the wrong foods also causes nutrients your body needs to not be absorbs. This leads to the incorrect functioning of your entire body, including of your endocrine and nervous systems. It causes you to feel older if not cause early signs of aging and/or development of skin problems.
Failure to Exercise-There is such thing as the “HGH flush.” This occurs during vigorous exercise. It helps get your blood rising to the surface and provides a natural source of energy. When you do not exercise it does the opposite. It causes you to feel fatigue and it causes your muscles and skin to drop and sage. No exercise causes a hike in stress levels which could cause increased decline of HGH.
Overworking-This can cause a multitude of severe health problems. However, if you do not take a break and enjoy life once in awhile you may be sent to an early grave. This may not have a direct effect on HGH decline but it does not benefit your health overall. You can get a heart attack from consistently working too hard in fact.
